About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Pixee website (pixee.to), the Pixee waiting list, and — once it launches — the Pixee service. By using the site or joining the waiting list, you agree to them. If you have questions, email legal@pixee.to.

The service

Pixee is an AI design agent that creates banners, social posts, one-pagers, headers and other design assets in your brand style, delivered as image files (JPG, PNG, SVG).

Pixee is currently in development. The service is not yet generally available, and what we describe on this website reflects what we intend to build. Features, limits and availability may change at any time before and after launch.

The waiting list

Joining the waiting list (by emailing hello@pixee.to) adds you to a list of people who want launch updates. There is no fee to join, and no obligation on either side. Joining does not guarantee access to Pixee, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set. You can leave the list at any time by replying to any update or emailing hello@pixee.to.

Acceptable use

When Pixee is available, you agree not to use it to create content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is designed to deceive (including impersonating real people, organisations or records). We may suspend access for misuse.

Your content

You keep the rights to the prompts, brand materials and text you provide to Pixee. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any brand materials you share with us.

Subject to payment where applicable, you may use the assets Pixee generates for you, including for personal and commercial purposes. We may reference assets you choose to share with us as examples, only with your permission.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Pixee available and reliable, but the service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll update this page and change the date above.

Disclaimer

Pixee and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that generated assets will be error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or free of similarity to existing work — you are responsible for reviewing assets before using them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pixee and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
